Elevate is our Disciple Now weekend at the church. This year our theme is “Upside Down” and we will be discussing the verse Acts 17:6b throughout the weekend. We have an outside speaker and band, as well as college students to be small group leaders, to lead your student throughout the weekend. We are very excited and hope your student can join us this year!

Important Student Information
- All students attending Elevate 2012 must turn in a 2011-2012 Medical and Liability Release Form. This form is due to the Church Office by February 5.
- If your student(s) is going to have to leave the event at any point during the weekend, they must fill out a Time Away Card. This form is also due to the Church Office by February 5.
Important Volunteer Information
All VOLUNTEERS must fill out the following forms and turn them into the Church Office by January 29:
- Leadership Profile Application
- Policy for the Prevention of Child Abuse or Neglect
- 2011-2012 Medical and Liability Release Form
